Last month we released Clear Books Preview – an area of your account where you can start using brand new features before they are available on general release.
Near the start of each month, we’ll release a set of new features into Clear Books Preview that all Clear Books customers can choose to turn on or off. Those features added last month have now been permanently added to all Clear Books accounts, and the next batch of new features have been added to Clear Books Preview.
What new features can I try this month?
The following features are available in Clear Books Preview for one month:
- Daily cash balance’ graph update – We’ve made some improvements to the ‘Daily cash balance’ graph, enabling you to see a more accurate representation of your balance over time.
- Manage import mappings update – The import mappings tool has been improved, with a new design making it easier and more intuitive to use.
- Customer/ supplier list improvements – The new layout for customer/ supplier lists feature text links rather than the icons that were used previously, for greater clarity and ease of use.
- ‘Edit invoice theme’ navigation update – A minor design change to the ‘Edit invoice theme’ page has improved the speed, performance and usability of the page.
How do I access Clear Books Preview?
Click here to visit the Clear Books Preview page (you will be asked to log in to your Clear Books account), or select ‘Preview’ from the drop down menu at the top of your Clear Books dashboard.
